About STRN New York - Sports Innovation Exchange 2026

STRN New York - Sports Innovation Exchange 2026

The STRN New York Sports Innovation Exchange 2026 is a highly curated, invitation-only working session built directly on the foundation of the STRN international white paper, "The Current State of Innovation in Sports Tech: Pathways Toward Sustainable Ecosystems."

The white paper identifies a critical tension: while technology is advancing rapidly, the systems required for validation, adoption, and real-world implementation remain fragmented. This fragmentation leads to a "valley of death" that stalls even the most promising innovations.

This event is the live activation of that research.

Rather than a traditional conference or a series of passive presentations, the Exchange brings together a hand-picked group of leaders from professional sport, football, technology, research, and investment to tackle the implementation gap head-on.

How do we move from innovation to implementation — in practice?

This is not a public event. To maintain the highest level of dialogue and output, participation is by invitation only. Access is strictly limited to approximately 75 stakeholders who represent the diverse pillars of a thriving innovation ecosystem.

Access & Participation:

  1. Request an Invitation: If you believe your expertise and perspective are essential to this conversation, you may request an invitation.
  2. Selection: Each request is reviewed to ensure the right balance of influence and expertise in the room.
  3. Registration: Upon approval of your invitation, you will be invited to confirm your seat with a $150 registration fee, which contributes to the high-quality setting and curated materials of the Exchange.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the North American sport and football innovation roadmap alongside the industry’s most influential decision-makers. In this room, we don't just talk about the future—we build the pathways to get there.

Space is limited. Do not miss your chance to be part of the exchange.

STRN promotes the concept of bringing together sports technology, health technology and medical technology, with the idea that those don’t necessarily have to be distinct from each other. That we can all be working in a sort of continuum between those areas.
