Why do I need an account?

To subscribe to STRN activities (events, webinars, Summit) you need an account. This account gives you access to your personal webspace My STRN where you can very easily manage your subscriptions and other preferences.

If I want to register, I have to log in. How do I know what my username is?

In the emails that you receive from STRN, we always mention your username at the bottom. If you do not know your password, you can always click forgot password and request a new one.

What if I don't have an account yet?

Then you can click on create account via the registration page. Fill in your details and you're done. You will then return to the registration page of the activity you wanted to register for.

I want to register more than one person for an activity. Is that possible?

Under the recent privacy legislation (GDPR), we ask all users to create their own account on the website. If that is not possible, you can create the accounts in the name of these persons and then register them for said activity. Afterwards, make sure you provide the login details to the relevant people. And make sure that each person has a unique email address.

The invoice is paid by a company other than my company. Is that possible?

Yes, during the registration process you can enter a different billing address.
