Improving your marketing and communication skills

This masterclass will be relevant for people from research groups, early-stage startups, small teams or federations, sports centers or health clinics, or larger consortia.
Is it your goal to promote your lab, field of expertise, project, or (potential) startup? Feeling unsure where to start? Then this is the workshop for you. We’re going to answer these questions during this session which consists of two main parts:
Part 1: Marketing Strategy
In this section, you’ll receive insights on how to create brand awareness, convert strangers into contacts, get people collaborate with you and ensure their happiness, so that they become loyal ambassadors.
Part 2: Content Strategy
How do you communicate better about ongoing research results, recommendations, prototypes, possible future projects, etc.? How do you create a structured communication plan on a continuing basis and how do you improve your (organization's) image as a result?
This will not be a purely theoretical workshop. You will get actionable tips, templates ànd practical insights: How to build your team, create your marketing budget and follow-up on results?
This event will take place on Tuesday, 28 June from 14:00 to 17:15 (UTC+1 timezone). This will be a recorded masterclass during which there will be room to ask individual questions to Julie.
