On 25-26 October 2018, the Sports Tech Transfer and R&D Summit took place in Ghent. The conference featured 30 cutting-edge presentations, inspiring keynotes and interactive panel sessions with experts from leading organizations as research institutions, public authorities, venture capitalists, industry players, regulators, advisors and sport teams and federations. We welcomed attendees from more than 15 countries worldwide.
During the event, the SportUp acceleration program was launched as well. At that moment in time, there was no STRN yet. The event was there to bring people together, discuss on sports tech related topics and share thoughts on what the future could bring.
